Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Xportpark Terms of Service. It defines the rules and standards for using the Services responsibly.

1) General Principles

The Services are intended for legitimate professional and business use. You agree to use the Services honestly, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable law.

2) Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Services to:

2.1 Illegal activities

• Violate any law, regulation, or governmental order
• Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
• Trade in prohibited, restricted, or illegal goods or services

2.2 Fraud and dishonesty

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Manipulate reputation scores, reviews, or trust signals
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment abuse

2.3 Harmful content

• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that promotes violence or hatred
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Distribute spam or unsolicited bulk communications

2.4 Platform abuse

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services without authorization
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Services in unauthorized ways
• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with the Services' operation or other users' experience
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls

2.5 Intellectual property violations

• Post content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Copy or redistribute the Services or their content without authorization

3) Enforcement

If we determine a violation of this AUP, we may (at our discretion):

• Issue a warning
• Remove or restrict content
• Temporarily or permanently suspend access
• Report activities to law enforcement or regulatory authorities

We may provide an appeal mechanism where practical.
