Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines set the standards for participation in Xportpark's professional community features. They supplement the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

1) Purpose

Xportpark Community features are designed for professional networking, knowledge sharing, and trade-related collaboration. Keep interactions constructive and relevant.

2) Expected Behavior

  • Be professional: treat all users with respect.
  • Be honest: provide accurate information about yourself and your business.
  • Be relevant: keep discussions professional and on-topic.
  • Be constructive: offer helpful feedback and share knowledge.

3) Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment and threats: targeting, bullying, or intimidating other users.
  • Hate speech: content promoting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected categories.
  • Spam: repetitive, irrelevant, or off-topic posts for self-promotion.
  • Impersonation: pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
  • Misleading claims: making false representations about your qualifications, services, or track record.
  • NSFW content: nudity, graphic violence, or sexual content.
  • Facilitating illegal activity: using Community features to facilitate illegal trade, scams, or circumvent sanctions/export controls.
  • Doxing: posting private information about others without consent.

4) Intellectual Property

Respect the intellectual property of others. Do not post copyrighted materials without permission. If you believe your IP has been infringed, contact legal@xportpark.com.

5) Profile Content

Profile information and Content posted in Community may be visible to other users depending on feature design and your settings. Do not post information you are not willing to share with other professional users.

6) Moderation and Enforcement

We may:

  • Remove posts or limit visibility
  • Issue warnings
  • Temporarily or permanently restrict Community access
  • Escalate to Account-level action for severe violations

We strive for fair and consistent enforcement and may provide appeal options where practical.

7) Reporting

To report a violation, contact compliance@xportpark.com with details and evidence.
