Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") supplements the Xportpark Terms of Service and applies to paid Services, including OpenAccount and any future paid features.

1) General Principle

We want our policies to be fair and transparent. This section addresses refunds and cancellations for all paid Services.

2) OpenAccount Refunds

See the OpenAccount Terms Addendum for specific refund terms, including:

  • 24-hour refund window before processing starts
  • No refunds once processing starts (because operational work has been performed)

3) Subscriptions (Future)

For subscription products (when launched):

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period
  • No prorated refunds for partial months/periods unless required by law

4) Exceptions

We may grant exceptions at our discretion in cases of:

  • Platform errors that prevented normal use
  • Duplicate charges
  • Cases where required by applicable consumer protection law

5) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at billing@xportpark.com with your account email, transaction ID, and a brief explanation. We will respond within 5 business days.

6) Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting us, we may suspend your Account until the dispute is resolved.
